The 31st Meeting on Off-Shell Science was held on August 31, 2023 (On line meeting). Ten experts joined the meeting. First, an interesting topic on a one-dimensional quantum walk model for the dressed photon energy was presented. Next talk was on the category structure of the quantum state space and its dynamics. Intensive discussions on these topics were made.
