Off -shell archive is a repository for scholarly material in the fi eld of off -shell science, and perpetualaccess is necessary to maintain the scholarly record. As such, Off -shell archive keeps a permanentrecord of every submission and replacement announced. Off -shell archive is administered andmanaged by Research Origin for Dressed Photon (RODreP), which is a general incorporatedassociation founded in 2017 for promoting off -shell science and dressed-photon science.

Off -shell archive does not ask that copyright be transferred; that is, the authors own the copyright. Authors should take care to upload an article only if they are certain that they will not later wish topublish it in a journal that prohibits prior distribution on an e-print server. Off -shell archive will notremove an announced article to comply with such a journal policy.

Authors are thus free to publish submissions that already appear on Off -shell archive.
