The 19th Meeting on Dressed Photon and Off-Shell Science Theories was held on August 27, 2021 (On line meeting). Fourteen experts joined the meeting. Interesting topics on the quantum field theory for dressed photon (DP), spatial and temporal behaviors of DP on multi-dimensional lattice, Action integral for DP energy dissipation, and numerical simulations of DP energy transfer by using a quantum walk model, were presented. Intensive discussions on these topics were made.
