The 20th Meeting on Dressed Photon and Off-Shell Science Theories was held on October 28, 2021 (On line meeting). Twelve experts joined the meeting. Interesting topics on the quantum fields as category algebra, strategic publicity on dressed photon (DP) studies, periotic behavior of the quantum walk, and numerical simulations of DP generation efficiency, were presented. Intensive discussions on these topics were made.
