The 25th Meeting on Off-Shell Science was held on September 7, 2022 (On line meeting). Twelve experts joined the meeting. Interesting topics on description of the emission mechanism based on the electric susceptibility, numerical calculations on emission originated from dressed photon (DP), and numerical calculations of DP generation efficiency, were presented. Intensive discussions on these topics were made.
