The 29th Meeting on Off-Shell Science was held on April 28, 2023 (On line meeting). Ten experts joined the meeting. Interesting topics on non-perturbative treatments of internal vector potential, formation of the impurity atom-pair by dressed photons, and quantum walk calculations of dressed photon confinement by impurity atom-pairs were presented. Intensive discussions on these topics were made.
