The 33rd Meeting on Off-Shell Science was held on December 14, 2023 (On line meeting). Nine experts joined the meeting. First presentation was on the relation between spatial symmetry of a material system and the number of created dressed photons. Second presentation reviewed the theoretical work on the modulation of the susceptibility induced by an internal vector potential. Intensive discussions on these topics were made.
